CAA Golf Weekly Awards – October 11th
RICHMOND, VA (October 11, 2023) – towson graduate student Madison BarberCharleston Sr. Ottilie RiedUNCW Sr. Walker Eisley is the CAA Golf Weekly Award Winner for the tournament, which ends on October 10th.
Co-Women’s Golfer of the Week
Madison Barber, Towson
Graduate Student | Kingston, Ontario / Frontenac Secondary School
Barber is a back-to-back recipient of the weekly award after finishing in the top 10 at UNCG University. The graduate student from Ontario finished the week with a record of 75-73-70 at the Grand Over for eighth place and a career-low 2-under 70 in the final round. Barber’s 31 shots on the front nine of the second round were a program record.
Co-Women’s Golfer of the Week
Ottilie Ried, Charleston
Senior | Bergen, Norway / One Topidolet School
Leet competed as an individual at the Evie Odom Invitational in Virginia Beach and finished in the top 10. The Norwegian senior finished as the tournament’s top individual and top Cougar with a 69-72-71 record at Princess Anne Country Club.

Senior | Oak Island, North Carolina / South Brunswick
Isley earned “Golfer of the Week” honors for the third time in as many tournaments starting in 2023-2024.The North Carolina senior finished 10th.th 1 over at the Williams Cup in Wilmington. Eisley carded 70, 72 and 75 for top-10 results against a field that included nine teams in the top 100 and seven teams in the ACC, SEC and Pac-12.
