Bahrain’s Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications (MTT) received bids from 11 global consultancy firms in a request for proposal (RFP) tender seeking consulting services for the development of the Kingdom’s land transport strategy.
The selected consultant will be expected to develop a vision, mission, and strategic goals. List of initiatives and projects. Review land transport activities based on best practices, priorities and plans in line with the GCC’s national ambitions and aspirations.
Bidding opened on December 14, 2023. Bidders and bid amounts (Bahraini Dinar) are as follows:

The lowest bid was submitted by MTI Consulting at 100,600 Bahraini dinars ($266,874.90) and the highest bid was submitted by Oliver Wyman at 1.7 million Bahraini dinars ($4,509,814.40).
