Frittelli held a two-stroke lead overnight and maintained that advantage with a final round of 1-under 71, enough to finish the tournament with a total of 13 under.
The 33-year-old, who played primarily on the PGA Tour, endured a miserable 2023 season, missing the cut 20 times in 31 tournaments and never posting a top-10 finish outside of the world’s top 400. Ta.
But he hopes his third win on the European Tour in six years will help revive his career.
“It’s been a long journey the last five or six years since I left the DP World Tour and went to America,” Frittelli said.

“Last year was a pretty tough year in America, but it feels great to be back on top now.
“Last year, to be honest, there were some points where I thought I might give up on the game and look for something else…
“I’m glad I persevered and all the support from my family and friends made it all worth it.”

Frittelli’s fellow South African Xander Lombard shot a final 68 to tie for second place with Sweden’s Jesper Svensson.
