VST manufactures agricultural machinery such as tillers, tractors, power weeders, diesel engines, and other precision agricultural and automotive parts. The company is headquartered in Bangalore and VST derives approximately 94 per cent of its revenue from the domestic market and has a nationwide network of over 500 dealers that provide sales support and after-sales services.
The company achieved strong performance in recent quarters quarterly results. The company’s revenue for the first quarter of FY2024 was Rs 246.14 crore, an increase of 4.31% year-on-year. The company’s operating profit was Rs 49.83 billion and PAT was Rs 32.99 billion, an increase of 228.26 per cent from Rs 10.05 billion in the same period last year. The company is also a debt-free company.
