The 33-year-old won the 2023 Worldwide Technology Championship at Diamante’s El Cardonal in Los Cabos, Mexico, on 27 under thanks to an impressive eagle on the final hole. This victory is the second of his PGA Tour career.
For his efforts, Van Rooyen earns the top prize of $1,476,000. Matt Kuchar and Camilo Villegas tied for second place, each taking home $729,800.
