His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, emphasized that the Kingdom of Bahrain is committed to safeguarding religious freedom and strengthening intercultural communication between different cultures.
Crown Prince Salman said this while visiting the Muljimal, Kewalram, Turker and Kabarani families yesterday to commemorate Diwali. His Highness asserted that the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has made Bahrain a symbol of pluralism and coexistence, strengthening its status as a haven of peace and harmony.
He noted that Saudi celebrations of Diwali, like many other events, demonstrate the country’s commitment to maintaining the diversity of Bahraini society. His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister praised the long-standing relationships these families have established in Bahraini society and their contributions to the Kingdom.
He asserted that the tolerance and respect of Bahrainis has increased Saudi Arabia’s openness to the country’s cultural and religious diversity. On this occasion, His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Isa Bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Labor (Tamkeen), also visited many family members. visited.
