look Andrea from ‘The Amazing Race’ explains how she and Malaina got lost and why they didn’t question the coin
9:30pm — Last time on “The Amazing Race”! Episode 7 puts relationships to the test as the team takes on Germany’s first self-driving car. Following Roadblock and Detour, brothers Greg and John defended his first place among best friends. Maraina & Andrea After failing to complete the legs, it was sent packed.
9:35pm — As the winners of the final leg of the race, Greg and John start this leg first. The team will travel more than 900 miles from Cologne, Germany to Ljubljana, Slovenia. Greg and John arrive at the travel agency, leaving him to hop on a 4pm flight with two seats. His second flight leaves more than three hours later at 7:30 p.m.
9:45pm — The team arrives at the airport and picks up their tickets. Ashley and Todd, Rob and Corey were lucky enough to catch an early morning flight with standby tickets, so there are three teams in front. Once you arrive in Slovenia, you will have to take a train. The three leading teams caught early trains but missed the five-minute layover. They would fall back and lose a potential eight-hour advantage, leaving all seven teams on a level playing field.
10pm — All teams reach the hint box together and the race begins! They pick up their cars and head to the airfield. Tensions are always high during self-navigation and Steve and Anna Lee are at each other’s throats. Joel and Garrett arrive at Roadblock first. In “Who Wants a Birds-Eye View?”, one racer from each team takes to the air. We are looking for clues using 4 numbers. Next, you need to line up the numbers that represent the year Slovenia became independent. Garrett knows the numbers, but he didn’t know Slovenia was a new country. He estimates that he became independent in 1199 (actually he was in 1991). Even if you know the numbers, you can’t just keep guessing and you’ll have to restart the entire flight from scratch. oh! If he thinks Slovenia is that old, he’ll be able to get a few more flights on schedule. Rob was his second on the ground and correctly guessed the year 1991. He confessed that he is a history geek. Rob and Cory came out on top.
10:15pm — Ashley got it right on the first try, so she and Todd took second place. John was also correct in making his brother his third. Robin answered brilliantly, putting her and Chelsea in fourth place. Meanwhile, Steve and Anna Lee are still sailing to the airfield, but Anna Lee couldn’t be more depressed. “There’s no going back from here,” she says, unsure of what lies ahead. Todd and Ashley then take over her 1st place on their way to the next clue box, encountering the Express option to vie for her pass. To earn your pass, you must climb to the top of the ski jump. That’s what Todd and Ashley are going for. Unfortunately, they start running in the wrong direction.
10:25pm — After one failed attempt, Lena finishes Roadblock in 6th place, leaving Steve and Anna Lee behind. Anna Lee is sitting on the ground crying as her father flies across the clear blue sky. Meanwhile, Rob and Corey reach the next clue box. Since I couldn’t find Todd and Ashley, I decided to buy an Express Her Pass. Eventually, Todd and Ashley see Rob and Corey and decide they can corner them, so they chase them up the hill. Next, Greg, John, Robin and Chelsea arrive at the clue box. Ashley decides to take advantage of her express pass and run down the hill. Greg and John are confident in their athletic abilities and decide to see if they can corner Rob and Corey, who are already on the hillside. Ashley and Todd move on to the next task and return to first place.
10:35pm — The next route information task is “Cross-Country Skiing.” Teams must ski to the top of the structure before choosing a detour. Back to the Express Pass race, Corey is really struggling. Greg and John don’t realize that there’s a whole other set of stairs beyond what they can see, so they leave it to Rob and Corey to head back down the hill. Rob says that if Greg and John had continued chasing, they would have eventually overtaken him. Lucky for the father-son duo, but a waste of time for the brothers. Still, their athleticism pays off as they cross-country ski past everyone. They will open a detour clue and give him two options for the next task. “Fieldwork” involves teams gathering freshly plowed hay, fluffing it, and racking it. In “Housework,” teams build a house for a family of bees. Greg and John head to the bees and then decide to switch to hay. Robin & Chelsea chose hay and took second place. Meanwhile, Rob and Corey finally complete the Express Pass task, giving them an advantage in the race.
10:45pm — After completing a route information task about five minutes behind the team in front of them, Steve and Anna Lee make a terrible decision. They run right past the sign that says it’s already used for their Express Pass. Why do they think this is an option even though they finished last? Obviously last place was in their mind, but they’re not far off! See this It’s painful. Meanwhile, Todd and Ashley complete their detour first and head to the Nebotiknik Skyscraper to find their next clue. Rob and Corey then cross the finish line and the race begins for the lead. Steve and Anna Lee, at the back of the group, finally reach the top of the Express Pass and discover it has been taken. At least they enjoyed the zipline down the hill.
11pm — Steve and Anna Lee arrive at Detour, but Joel and Garrett are still working on the beehive. I think the reality is that they weren’t as far behind as they thought. That race for the Express Pass was truly epic. That being said, with self-navigation, anything can happen. Steve and Anna his Lee complete the route information task and follow the other teams as they all search for the skyscraper that has the next clue. Todd and Ashley arrive first, and a clue sends them to Dragon Bridge, the pit stop for this leg of the race. It’s a foot race at this point. Greg and John chase Todd and Ashley, intending to pass them at the end. The plan worked and Greg and John finished the trip in his first place, earning him a trip for two to Namibia. The complete standings of the finishers are below. Miraculously, Steve and Anna Lee pass Morgan and Lena and spot the skyscraper ahead of them. After finding the clues, they take the elevator back down while Morgan and Lena go up the stairs. Steve and Anna Lee made it to the pit stop and avoided almost certain elimination. Morgan and Lena arrive seconds later and are sent packing.

1. Greg and John
2. Ashley and Todd
3. Rob & Corey
4. Joel and Garrett
5. Rob & Chelsea
6. Steve & Anna Lee
7. Morgan & Lena (defeated)
