We’re looking for a dedicated Creative Product Marketing Leader for our Property & Casualty Marketing team.
This position allows you to work remotely in the continental United States with occasional travel.
The USAA P&C Marketing team is a key growth driver for USAA and is focused on its mission to serve the military community and their families. The Property & Casualty Marketing team is passionate about driving growth across multiple property/casualty insurance products, with a primary focus on our core personal insurance products: auto, home, and renters insurance. The Creative Product Marketing Lead has expertise in auto and property/casualty insurance marketing, delivering campaign concepts and creative assets that differentiate USAA products and target consumer needs. This person will be responsible for concisely explaining creative deliverables, establishing creative direction, promoting on-time delivery, and inspiring excellence in ideation, execution, and production. meets or exceeds quality standards while fostering productive and collaborative relationships with team members. Collaborate with partners across USAA to provide the right creative direction and outcomes. Performance Lead integrates the creative and analytical aspects of her marketing to create content that not only aligns with our brand, but also delivers measurable results.
Leaders work closely with internal and external agency partners, stakeholders, and management to identify breakthrough creative concepts that align with business goals, prioritize work, and deliver best-in-class creative Identify new competencies your team needs. The lead will also work with product and user experience leaders to maintain design consistency across experiences. Success in this role requires business acumen, strong analytical skills, and consumer line industry experience, as well as direct response field expertise.
What you’ll do: Lead the development and implementation of creative and marketing communications strategies, campaign ideas, marketing communications plans, and the development, creation, and optimization of campaign assets for supported products. Provides business drivers, relevant consumers, customers, and channel trends and insights to guide marketing communications strategies for each product. We help you manage your creative marketing budget and partner with external agencies to efficiently achieve your business goals. Explore innovative ways to continually build your product presence through best-in-class creative assets. ; Recommends new trends and positioning opportunities to increase marketing efficiency; Advocate future strategies and growth plans for all targeted products. Actively participate in agile marketing processes. From business reviews to activation and optimization. You will have a deep understanding of the integrated product marketing plan and lead the development of the creative brief. Knowledgeable of product-related regulations, risk and compliance requirements. Keeping the USAA brand and our mission to serve the military community at the forefront of our creative marketing assets. Provide coaching. Ensure that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored and controlled. Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
A Bachelor’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or an additional four years of related experience above the minimum requirements may be substituted for a degree. 8 years of relevant work experience (including work experience in developing and managing product marketing creative with proven success) Collaborate with and make decisions with key partners and stakeholders to drive results in a direct-to-consumer model Extensive experience influencing and managing work to achieve strategic goals. Excellent business acumen in the areas of business operations, industry practices, and emerging trends in property/casualty insurance industry Ability to develop creative product strategies and provide creative assets for property/casualty insurance products Test and learn plans Extensive experience in product marketing, including the ability to create and test data, analyze and interpret, and create new hypotheses through customer and competitor insights Understanding of the specific laws and regulations governing the marketing of property and casualty insurance to audiences Effective communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style based on strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and evaluate information (verbal and written) Ability to utilize information to make sound judgments Ability to make timely and effective decisions Information and knowledge to do. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to mitigate potential project risks and appropriately adjust scope and resources. What makes you different:

USAA has an effective process for evaluating market data and setting scope to remain competitive. You will be paid within a salary range based on your experience and market data for the position. Actual salary for this role may vary depending on location. The salary range for this position is $95,250 – $182,030.
Employees may be eligible to receive salary incentives at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors based on overall corporate and individual performance.
