Daughter of NRL royalty, Indi Cleary has designs on matching her father and brother’s rugby league success in another world.
Ms Cleary announces her next big career move into real estate, along with the families of three-time NRL premier Penrith Panthers head coach Ivan Cleary and star halfback Nathan Cleary. He spoke candidly about his inspiration.
The 24-year-old, who has been in the real estate industry for the past six years, joins Ray White Nepean Group and admits she is on a mission to become the best real estate agent in Sydney’s west.

“My father, Ivan Cleary, has been my mentor in business and life, teaching me to always be community-minded, follow process, and be disciplined in everything I do,” she said.
“My father is an inspiration to me. He always talked about the next process and about working hard because there are no shortcuts to success. I have a lot to thank him for.”
Mr. Cleary’s uncle, Paul Franks, is also part of the family’s real estate business, and apparently runs a real estate business as well.
“I actually started my real estate career at the age of 18 with my uncle Paul Franks at Ray White Agency on the northern beaches of Warriewood, so it feels like I’ve come home.” she said.
“I was there from day one and learned the ropes from him.
“I returned to Ray White for my own growth and development.”
Ms Cleary is also the founder of a women’s networking group in Penrith called EMPOWHER. This group meets quarterly to empower like-minded businesswomen to reach new heights.
“There was no networking organization for women in Penrith, so this organization was born with the idea of supporting women to reach their full potential, no matter what field they are in,” she said. Told.
“It started as a women’s networking group and has become a niche group for influential women in the region to browse and share knowledge.
“For so many women in business, supporting and mentoring each other has been extremely beneficial.”
