Global insurance group Howden has partnered with Victoria Racing Club (VRC) and continued its relationship with Bahrain Turf Club (BTC) on two sponsorships, the company announced on Tuesday. Howden is already an official partner of Ascot Racecourse.
Howden is now an official partner of VRC. VRC hosts the Melbourne Cup Carnival. He has also been chosen to sponsor the G1 Howden Australian Guineas over a distance of 1600 metres.
The company is now in its third year of sponsoring the Crown Prince’s Cup meeting in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is a Platinum Partner of the Bahrain Turf Series. Howden will also sponsor two races during February’s Prince’s Cup meeting.
