“It was late 2023 and there were no noisy properties in all of R-Town, not even condos on the golf course. All listings were carefully listed in hopes of finding a new buyer soon. Published on MLS.
All the real estate agents snuggled up in bed, their heads filled with visions of sparkling homes and happy clients. They had just settled in for a long winter nap.
As I stepped out onto the grass, I heard a rattling sound and jumped up from the couch to see what was going on. I ran to the window and, like a flash, tore open the shutters and raised the sash.
The moon shimmered above the shaking palms, giving the painted property a midday glow. What appeared before me was a miniature sleigh and eight small reindeer.
I immediately knew it had to be St. Nick because the small, older driver was so active and quick. And in the blink of an eye, I heard the sound of tiny hoofbeats on the roof. As I turned my head to look back, St. Nicholas came rushing down the chimney.
He was dressed in a suit from head to toe, all of his clothes stained with ash and snow. I heard him say, “Ramona Realtors do a great job of taking care of their town.”
The Christmas Scholarship Party raised a lot of money for Ramona’s children. All of the senior’s Christmas wish lists are filled with presents, wrapped and ready to go.
He filled the empty bag on his back with gifts he would cherish tonight.
Then he put his finger next to his nose and nodded as he climbed up the chimney and stood up. He jumped on the sleigh, whistled and shouted to his team, calling the reindeer’s name.
“Come on, Dasher! Come on, Dancer! Now Prancer and Vixen! On Comet! On Cupid! On Donner and Blitzen! Now dash away! Dash away! Everyone dash away!” It flew away like that.
Then I heard him scream as he disappeared from sight. May your home be cozy, your hearth warm, and your real estate dreams weather any storm. ”
Have a great vacation!
