This strategy relies on three measures. Energy demand optimization Reduce energy intensity and consumption. Diversify the country’s power mix Include cleaner energy sources.and Introduction of carbon reduction technology Decarbonize sectors that are difficult to reduce. Each measure has been carefully designed and sequenced to ensure that Bahrain maximizes the environmental benefits resulting from its implementation while minimizing the overall costs of transition. It includes a series of initiatives.
