Bahrain, December 7th: AISCO, AIC and CPT, three well-regarded Bahrain companies run by renowned entrepreneurs Edward Noronha, Rajan Sharma and Benny Barboza, are the first in the Middle East to incorporate soft learning for the SME sector. Attempted to improve employee productivity and empowerment. Learn skills with virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and simulation through his power-packed one-day presentation program.
Learning VR and AI in Employee Empowerment was conducted by internationally acclaimed speaker and corporate trainer Ronald Olivera through his UAE company ZillionPathways. This program was rated by Forbes as one of his top 10 best VR programs in the world. Its innovation and effectiveness have also been featured on the BBC, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Huffington Post.
According to E&Y, learning with VR and AI is 75% more effective than traditional learning. However, it is not yet widely used in the Middle East or Asia. In Europe and North America, it is becoming the gold standard for learning and employee empowerment. In fact, Walmart has trained over 1 million sales agents and deputy sales agents using virtual reality and AI.
Meta (Facebook) is collaborating with multiple companies in the US and Europe to help students learn various skills through VR and AI, as VR and AI currently provide the most effective learning medium. We provide grants to over 100 universities. In fact, efforts are being made to provide this learning (albeit in different areas of career and communication) to Indian universities through their graduates. Schools in the UAE and GCC region are also considering training in VR and AI, albeit public speaking skills, to develop children’s skill sets. The path to VR and AI learning is recognized as the future, and it starts with corporate involvement.
According to Benny Barboza of CPT, embedding this learning into your core workforce will increase productivity and strengthen your business. One of his learning keynotes was a discussion on various issues for companies implementing artificial intelligence. AISCO Chairman Edward Noronha said: “The discussions with AI can be interesting because we don’t really know what solutions we will get.” The program was very well received by the employees who participated, with many calling it “incredible training.” Elton Noronha, Business Development Manager at AISCO, who participated in the program, said: Humorous and interesting, presenter Ronald Olivera was able to engage participants for over eight hours, something that would be very difficult to do in a typical run-of-the-mill learning program. ”
Rajan Sharma of AIC, whose employees were part of the program, said that such innovative modules for training employees will benefit the company and if it increases productivity, then such programs are I felt that it would bring about a big change. In fact, with the exception of very large multinational companies, very few companies have built-in AI and VR learning programs and are behind the times. After all, the effectiveness of artificial intelligence and virtual reality is a proven fact, and the higher the adoption rate, the greater the benefits.
Ronald Olivera of ZillionPathways has been at the forefront of introducing such programs to networks in the Middle East and India and is an avid believer. He said, “Programs like this not only empower people, but also improve productivity, efficiency, communication skills, and most importantly, increase emotional intelligence. All of this helps businesses are the things that will help us take that next step, because at the end of the day, it’s what people make.” ”
According to an AI guru: “AI will change the world more than anything since the printing press. Early adopters will benefit tremendously.”
