GMA Architects unveils design for Shops at Del Mar in Cape Coral
GMA Architects & Planners has completed the architectural design for The Shops at Del Mar, Cape Coral’s signature commercial center that combines retail and dining.
The Shops at Delmar is housed in three separate 3,575-square-foot buildings on Pine Island Road. One building includes a drive-thru. The fourth building is an 18,871-square-foot tandem structure located behind three separate buildings. Fully customizable retail space starts at 1,453 square feet for upscale retail, restaurants and shops.
Architectural renderings show a clean, modern exterior with concrete masonry, complementary stone wainscoting, and an oversized awning. A staggered parapet roof line provides visual perspective and gives each retail space a unique look, while ample windows bring natural light into the building interior. The center’s site plan includes five parking spaces for every 1,000 square feet of retail space, and the parking area includes tropical landscaping and lush greenery.
Shops at Del Mar, a project by TLD Developer, is located at 1019-1027 SW Pine Island Road, between Chiquita Boulevard and Santa Barbara Boulevard in Cape Coral.
GMA Architects has been Southwest Florida’s leading architectural design firm since 1981. For more information, call 239-275-0225 or visit GMAarchitect.com.
