There are only three weeks left in the 2023 NFL regular season, and this holiday weekend will feature several matchups that could shake up the playoff picture. The Ravens, Chiefs, Dolphins and Lions could clinch their respective divisions if the dominoes fall, while the Browns could also clinch a playoff spot this weekend. As has been the case all season, injuries are a key storyline this weekend.
Most of the league’s injury reports are already out, so let’s take a temperature look at the various injury situations. Below are the final injury reports for teams playing Saturday and Sunday.

With Hyde sidelined with a stinger, Buffalo will be without its best defensive player this week. He participated in limited practice on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. But the Bills could gain momentum with the return of Jones, who was limited all week with a chest injury. Epenesa, who is also listed as questionable, was limited for the week with a rib injury.
The Chargers will be without two starting pitchers in their first post-Brandon Staley game with Bosa and Allen not on the field. LA too Team captain Sebastien Joseph-Day was dismissed on Friday..
Moss is questionable to play despite not practicing all week, while Jonathan Taylor was not designated for the game and is expected to play. Pittman is questionable to play with a shoulder injury. He participated in limited practice on Wednesday and Friday, but was a full participant on Thursday.
Atlanta could be down some starting pitchers on defense as Dupree and Onyemata are questionable. Both teams had limited participants at Friday’s practice.

With Adams ruled out and Brown and Witherspoon questionable, Seattle could drop a few notable players in the secondary again this week. Witherspoon missed practice all week due to his hip injury. As for Walker, he missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday due to his shoulder injury, but returned as a limited participant on Friday. It is officially doubtful that he will wear a suit.
With the Titans’ final injury report loaded, they probably could have just listed who is not injured. The biggest name on this list is Levi, but he’s doubtful he’ll play after practicing just one day this week as a limited participant due to an ankle injury. If he is unable to fit in, Ryan Tannehill will take over under center.
CJGJ is not yet ready to return to the field, but participated in limited practices throughout the week.
Mattison missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with an ankle injury, but returned as a limited participant Friday. He is questionable to play. Hicks participated fully in practice this week despite his shin injury, but he is still listed as questionable. As for his pace, he was listed on the injury report Friday with a shoulder injury. He had his limits and was questionable.
Washington will be without two offensive starters against New York, as Larsen and Leno are out after not practicing all week. Robinson will also be unable to be on the field for the second consecutive week due to a hamstring injury.
With both Rodgers and Wilson ruled out, Trevor Siemian is the Jets’ center this week.

Green Bay will have to rebuild defensively without its two starting pitchers, Campbell and Savage, who have already been ruled out. Alexander is similarly uncertain after playing limitedly this week due to a shoulder injury. Musgrave suffered a kidney laceration earlier in the season and is not yet ready to return to action. Watson has missed practice this week with a hamstring injury and is questionable to play.
Franklin has been limited this week with quadriceps and back injuries, and his ability to suit up is questionable. Thomas was limited on Wednesday and Thursday due to his ankle injury, but returned to full participation on Friday. He also has doubts.
Bitonio missed practice earlier this week for the Browns, but was limited in his appearance Friday. He will make a decision during Sunday’s game.
This week for the Texans, Stroud missed his second straight game with a concussion, so Stroud will be out and Case Keenum will start. Collins has been limited in practice all week, so it will likely be a decision during the game.
All of the Jaguars’ questionable players were limited in Friday’s practice. Big news for Trevor Lawrence, who has cleared concussion protocol and will travel to Tampa Bay with the team, according to NFL media. Zay Jones also did not practice this week, but limited his practice on Friday.
Jarrett will be a surprising inactive Sunday for the Buccaneers, considering he was a full participant in practice all week. Winfield was placed on the injury report after sustaining a calf injury during Friday’s practice, so his status is questionable.
Kyler Murray will miss Brown, who did not practice all week. Drucci missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with a shoulder injury and is questionable. Friday was the breaking point.
For Chicago, Jenkins, Sewell and St. Brown were sidelined after not practicing this week. Kmet announced his quadriceps injury report on Thursday. He has been limited in the past two sessions and is doubtful if he will play.
Hankins was the only Cowboy ruled out of the matchup against the Dolphins. Smith did not practice all week, so it is questionable whether he will play with a back injury. Martin is doubtful to play with a thigh injury. He missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, but was limited Friday.
Miami’s final injury report wasn’t as dire as one might think considering all of its starting offensive linemen did not participate in Wednesday’s practice. Other than Hunt, who has been ruled out, Jackson is the only player from his position group designated for the game as he is questionable with an oblique injury. Hill was also questionable, with his ankle injury limiting him Thursday and Friday. The same goes for Howard, who has had hip issues.

Peppers and Stevenson were ruled out after missing practice all week. Smith-Schuster missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, and missed Friday’s practice. He was also excluded. All of the players listed as questionable for New England did not practice all week, with the exception of McDermott, who had limited participation Friday.
Bonitto and Durcic did not practice throughout the week, but Palczewski played full time on Thursday and Friday. All three players were excluded.
Star pass rusher Maxx Crosby missed two consecutive days of practice due to a knee injury. Tight end Michael Mayer also missed practice Friday with a toe injury. Running back Josh Jacobs (quad/illness), center Andre James (ankle), offensive tackle Kolton Miller (shoulder) and offensive guard Dylan Parham (illness) were limited participants.
Chiefs star defensive lineman Chris Jones (illness), running back Jerick McKinnon (groin), wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hip), offensive tackle Donovan Smith (neck), running back Clyde Edwards =Helaire (individual) was absent from Friday’s practice. Wide receiver Mecole Hardman (thumb) was a limited participant.
Tight end Lawrence Cager (groin), defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence (hamstring), offensive tackle Evan Neal (ankle) and defensive tackle Rakeem Nunez-Roches (knee) were absent from Friday’s practice. . Safety Xavier McKinney (illness), running back Matt Breida (hamstring), linebacker Carter Coughlin (neck), punter Jamie Gillan (left groin) and defensive tackle Ashawn Robinson are limited. There were many participants.
Ravens cornerback Jalin Armor-Davis (concussion) and cornerback Arthur Moret (knee) did not practice Friday.
