According to the report, the top re-export product from Bahrain was turbojets worth BD15 million, followed by machinery for filling closed containers at BD5 million and four-wheel drive equipment worth BD4.7 million.
Import value increased by 3% to reach 454 million BD in November 2023, compared to 440 million BD in the same month of 2022. The top 10 importing countries accounted for 71% of total imports.
China is the top exporter to Bahrain
According to the report, China ranks first in imports to Bahrain with a total value of 64 million BD, followed by the United States with 54 million BD and Australia with 42 million BD.
Other aluminum oxides were the largest imports into Bahrain at 40 million BD worth, followed by aircraft engine parts at 28 million BDs, followed by non-lumped iron ore and alloyed concentrates at 24 million BDs.
