FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — If Twin Rivers Farm sells for $65 million, it will break the state record for luxury real estate sold in Tennessee.
There are over 380 acres of protected land, lakes, and barns. There are hiking trails and several water holes on site. At the top of the hill is a luxurious mansion and a pool house with a retractable roof.
A home’s roof is made of materials that are expected to last for the life of the home. In addition, the barn also has a shooting range, greenhouse, and guest room. This property is listed by Dan McEwen.
“There’s grounds around the house and there’s chess, bocce ball, tennis, basketball, golf, there’s so much to do around the grounds. I think that’s what makes this house different. ,” McEwen said.
If it sells at full price, it will break a state record.
“There are homes that have sold for $28 million, and there are really beautiful farms in Franklin that have brought in about $48 million, but nothing comes close to this,” McEwen said.
Inside the home, almost everything is custom.
“If you look through the kitchen cabinets, you can see there’s a pizza oven in there,” McEwen said.
There’s also a rock room, theater and resort-style gym.
“This is a world-class place to work out, we have a spa here, we have a massage area,” McEwen said.
There are also some secret passages.
“This is my favorite book because when you pull back, it leads to the basement,” McEwen said.
There is a rain shelter for the vault by the arcade.
“At the back of it, you can actually go in, there’s a wine cellar,” McEwen said.
The master bedroom has dual bathrooms, a cashmere living room and patio.
The homeowner is a co-founder of Oaktree Capital, a global investment firm.
Dunn said out-of-state buyers are still fueling the luxury real estate market.
“And this is just Exhibit A of how these farms are being developed into luxury real estate in Middle Tennessee,” McEwen said.

Colorful crayon crafts by Nashville artists are true gifts
“Austin Pollack shows us some really cool art from Nashville artist Herb Williams, whose work has been featured all over the world. What caught my attention was the fact that after a personal tragedy, It was his story of going missing and being found through his work. It was heartbreaking and beautiful.”

” I loved Austin Pollack’s story about the crayon artist this morning on NC5 at 9am. He finds solace and therapy by immersing himself in creativity, which helps him cope with his mental pain. I thought his art and his heart were beautiful. ”
