Luke Littler’s net worth has increased by an extra £20,000 after winning the Bahrain Masters on Friday.
The 16-year-old showed his recent success at the World Darts Championship is no one-off with his impressive performance in the Middle East.
Before Friday’s win, Littler had already won one scalp after defeating Gerwen Price to reach the final.
And he proved too strong for Michael van Gerwen, winning 8-5 and clinching his first senior title in his short career.

Littler had already won a staggering £500,000 in prize money before the tournament.
This was the bulk of his performance at the recent World Championships at Alexandra Palace, where he took home a massive £300,000 in prize money.
Littler was already guaranteed a salary of £1,250 just for appearing in Bahrain.
And the darts star, who turns 17 on Sunday, is now £20,000 richer after seeing off Van Gerwen and winning the prize.
Indeed, it was probably one of the best birthday presents he ever received in his life.
And despite concerns about possible burnout, Littler is eager to play “all in” and games are set to continue to go hard and fast.
Speaking after his win, the teenager admitted he was delighted to have defeated Van Gerwen to claim his first senior title.
After throwing an amazing nine darter, he said: I don’t know. I’m happy to win.
“Obviously we had nine hits against Nathan early in the quarter, but we played well yesterday and we played well tonight.
“No one will believe it, but I haven’t thrown a dart since the world finals.
“Yesterday was my first proper practice and it all paid off.
“Obviously I’m really happy to beat Michael. He’s still one of the best players, he’s really the best, and I’m really happy to win on his debut.”
He added, “We’re just taking it one game at a time. If we win, we win, and if we lose the next game, that’s the way it is.”
“But I don’t think about losing, I only think about winning.”
Meanwhile, Van Gerwen admitted he intended to take revenge on Littler for losing to his younger rival.

“It’s never a good week when you don’t win, but Luke put in a great performance,” he said.
“You get punished for what you didn’t do in the previous games, that’s how sports work.
“Obviously I’m disappointed, but sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
“I’ll get him, don’t worry.”
But he feels Littler needs to be given time and patience if he is to dominate the darts world for years to come.

“Everyone in the audience and on TV wants to make him bigger, but he’s already a good player,” he added.
“So, I understand you want to push him, but let him grow.
“Let him do his thing. You have to learn, the audience has to learn, everyone in television has to learn.
“Don’t push him too hard. Of course we know he’s a good player.
“But give him time and everything will be fine, no problem.”
