California Automobile Museum’s new exhibit features ‘Women of Lowriding’
Napa on February 3rd and SF on March 9th. Today, the California Automobile Museum opened a new exhibit celebrating the women of lowriding. Dozens of family members gathered to support the Rookies exhibit. There was live entertainment, food trucks, and other vendors. Exhibit Manager Chavela Rodriguez wanted to shine a spotlight on the women who are the owners, builders, designers and drivers of these unique lowrider cars. Organizers say it’s a must-see for the community as it raises awareness about the culture of lowriding and shows it is an art form. We’re used to men being in the spotlight as car owners and car club members, but today we’re featuring women and the beautiful cars they buy, repair, and drive with pride. . The “Women of Lowriding Exhibition” will be on display until April 15th.you can check me
