The Française du Sport Automobile Federation (FFSA) recently introduced a new digital initiative aimed at streamlining the recruitment and training process for marshal rank ‘C’. The platform is designed to be completely online, offering aspiring marshals the opportunity to receive training and easily obtain their license.
At the heart of this effort is the new FFSA e-learning platform, designed specifically for marshal training.
Through this platform, individuals can explore marshal roles, complete the required knowledge assessments, and ultimately secure a marshal rank ‘C’ license.
The training curriculum is structured around four main modules.
- marshal’s mission
- flag
- Wireless communication
- fire safety
To successfully complete the training, participants must pass a quiz consisting of 15 questions and achieve a minimum score of 80%. Additionally, the platform is flexible, giving users unlimited access to training materials and the opportunity to attempt quizzes multiple times if desired.
Looking to the future, FFSA plans to expand the scope of its e-learning platform to cover training content for all categories of personnel. This initiative reflects the Federation’s commitment to covering a wide range of relevant topics and providing continuing education and professional development opportunities for its staff.
