baltimore ravens Injury report was longer than most teams The weather has been rough for the past few weeks, but it’s starting to pick up at the right time. The Ravens have managed to go 3-1 through the first four weeks, and getting some of these big names back could help them continue their midseason run.
Of the names on the injury report, these are the three most likely to return as of Friday morning.
Ronnie Stanley He left the Houston Texans late after playing 51 snaps. This was concerning because Stanley has a long history of not only injuries, but also mysterious injuries with no clear timetable for return. This has been going on since 2020, so it’s hard to say it’s just a short-term event.
One piece of encouraging news is that he did not go on IR after Week 1. And he practiced before Week 4. He put together two full practices this week and appears to be on track for Sunday’s game. At least, that’s what he told reporters.
Stanley practiced Thursday, missed Friday and missed last week, so how he’s feeling today will tell us a lot. Still, he seems to be feeling better than last week and he appears to be on track to play. This comes at the perfect time. Not only is Morgan Moses fighting tooth and nail to play right now, but they also have the Steelers bringing in Alex Highsmith and TJ Watt as their biggest assets on defense.
Stanley’s play gives him the flexibility to start Patrick Mekari, Daniel Faalele and Morgan Moses at right tackle, making the right side a higher priority for help.
