The Cabot Collection has begun pre-selling real estate at its first mountain facility, Cabot Revelstoke, British Columbia.
Nestled between Canada’s Monashee and Selkirk Mountains, Cabot’s second Canadian property includes six chalets offering 79 two- to five-bedroom residences. The property, called Residences at Cabot Revelstoke, is surrounded by river and mountain views and takes inspiration from European ski chalets in the Dolomites, Austria and Switzerland. Prices start at $2.5 million.
The centerpiece of Cabot Revelstoke’s golf is the Whitman, Axlund & Cutten designed 18-hole course (Cabot Pacific), scheduled to open in 2025 and located in Cape Breton, the Scottish Highlands, and St. Lucia in the Caribbean. Join one of Cabot’s golf courses. , a citrus farm in Florida. The course, which overlooks the Columbia River, will have public access similar to Cabot’s original Cape Breton property.
But Revelstoke is an alpine haven known as the “heli-skiing capital of the world,” making it a year-round alpine destination. At the base of Mount Revelstoke, Cabot’s newest property is located at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, the largest resort in North America at 5,620 feet.

All chalets have a common outdoor area with hot tub and barrel sauna. One of the featured holes coming up at Cabot Pacific is a long par 3 over a ravine that requires him to carry just over 250 yards from his tee back.
