Many people are turning to social media as a platform to air their dissatisfaction with companies. Ryanair passengers also shared their complaints on X (formerly Twitter), but the response they received from the airline left many people divided.
User X, who goes by the handle @ToldYouThusly, wrote: “@Ryanair Next time I’ll bring my own stairs.” In addition to his tweet, he also shared a photo of the plane and the stairs installed for people to board. As soon as the post was shared, Ryanair took notice and replied: “Bring your own plane next time.”
Ryanair’s tweet was shared on October 11th. Since it was posted, it has gone viral with over 24.6 million views. There are many likes and comments on the share. Many people took to the comments section of the post to share how funny the airline’s response was.
