I’m so angry! Stupid Dodgers! I swear, it’s over. Following is over… Please wait. Who are you kidding? Oh, I hope they get Shohei Ohtani or Yoshinobu Yamamoto.

Remember when Bill Plaschke and Sandy Koufax gave up six runs in the postseason, giving up five of those runs before recording their only out? me too.

Therefore, Max Muncy believes that “one of the great things about the postseason is that the “hottest” team wins. This is also one of the stupidest features of modern baseball, making the 162-game season and the World Series irrelevant. It’s crazy that a team that finished 16 games behind the Dodgers could win three games and advance.

Everyone has heard of fake news. Now we have fake Dodgers. Who were the players in the playoffs? They must have been untested and unfinished AIs. Certainly not a team that won 100 games in a very difficult season.

An embarrassing playoff debacle is all I can take for my beloved Dodgers. It wasn’t so much the loss, but the team’s lack of fight, enthusiasm and passion. And the final crunch came when Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman said they were “at a loss” to explain the sweep by the Diamondbacks.
Are you confused? Is that the best you can come up with? Are you serious? I wonder if Dodgers fans are ashamed of that pathetic effort. How about apologizing for a job you completely strangled?

Does that dugout have a backbone? Does anyone have half the spirit of Kirk Gibson?
I haven’t seen it yet. I hope we get to see some real Dodger pride someday.

Dave Roberts has proven himself to be a capable manager during the season, and having a talented relief staff certainly doesn’t hurt. But based on his performance in the postseason, perhaps it’s time for the Dodgers to get a relief manager just for the playoffs.

Another 100-win season, yet another playoff disaster. It’s time to say goodbye to Kershaw and Muncy and Andrew Friedman and Dave Roberts, or things will never change. They keep Mookie, Freddie, and Will and bring in younger players. And sign some pitchers, just in case!

The Dodgers are the definition of insanity. He does the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.
It collapsed again in October, bringing an abrupt end to a great season. At this point, “wait until next year” doesn’t sound very appealing to this lifelong fan.

Mookie needs Lance Lynn to pitch in next year’s Home Run Derby. There is no one in all of baseball better than Lin to help Betts win a championship next year.

Bill (Nostradamus) Plaschke has done it again. “Dodgers sweep,” he said a few days ago. It’s amazing how Plaschke’s prolific pen can silence the bats of huge talents like Mookie and Freddie so quickly.

The clear path to sanity for Dodgers fans is to simply embrace the regular season. The team plays solid ball, it’s entertaining, and I can’t think of a more fun way to spend a few hours on a summer day. Come October, all you have to do is watch soccer.

As a lifelong Dodgers fan, was I disappointed? of course. As the years have gone by, have I gotten used to these abrupt endings? Unfortunately, it is. Am I looking forward to the day pitchers and catchers report to spring training? I can’t wait to see what the new season brings!
