This award recognizes the unique position that Alcantara occupies in the automotive world, chosen by the world’s leading car brands for its lightness, durability, softness and high-performance properties.
Thanks to a process that combines creative printing, advanced technology and craftsmanship, Alcantara can easily express different shapes and textures and is characterized by Italian quality.
It has already been used by automobile manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Hyundai, Maserati, McLaren, Peugeot, and Renault, and has also been used in fashion and furniture designs by Milan Van, Yohji Yamamoto, Fumie Tanaka, Ligne Rose, and others. It is also used to distinguish Microsoft’s Surface Pro laptops and is widely included in exhibitions hosted by famous museums such as Maxxi in Rome, Victoria & Albert in London, and Mori in Tokyo.
