Bantu Bahrain, which has grown over the past 20 years by incorporating community members across the island in response to pain and suffering, celebrated its 20th anniversary in grand style at the five-star Crowne Plaza Hotel under the leadership of Chairman Sawkul Arun. . Artists from the Bantu community entertained the audience with songs, dances, jokes and skits as part of the anniversary celebrations.
The program began after a prayer by Pratima Arun Shetty. Guests, management committee members and dignitaries lit lamps one by one to begin the program. Musicians and women from Nagpur welcomed the guests at Poorna Kumbh and escorted them from the main entrance to the front of the auditorium.
Chairman Arun Shetty expressed his gratitude to all those who have contributed to the development of the organization over the past two decades. Commemorative gifts were presented to those who contributed to the success of the program and to sponsors. Management committee secretariat officials felicitated gourmet Suresh Shetty and actor Yash in the presence of senior officials.
