Bahrain: Bahrain recently witnessed an exciting no-code hackathon where four teams competed against each other to develop innovative solutions to the insurance industry’s most pressing challenges.
Teams from Fikra, Tech Flow, Insure Your Future, and The Disrupter competed for cash prizes and the chance to pitch directly to Solidarity Bahrain in hopes of turning their concepts into real-world applications. Tech Flow ultimately won him first place for his creative solution.
The winning team’s strategy was to identify repetitive tasks ripe for automation, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver tangible results. The company’s leading solutions leverage advanced technology and visual analytics and are customized to meet the requirements of companies looking to improve business processes in the insurance space. This solution aims to solve existing challenges that are impacting both customer experience and business performance. This has the potential to usher in a new era of efficiency and precision in the insurance industry.
The event is organized by HP Spring Studios, a pioneering MENA-based venture studio, in collaboration with Solidarity Bahrain, one of Bahrain’s leading insurance companies, and in strategic partnership with the Labor Fund (Tamkeen). Did. General Assembly, Bahrain’s pioneering technology education provider, also played a key role in supporting the delivery of the event. Most notably, many of the participants, including members of the top two teams, are graduates of General Assembly technical courses. These courses are designed to be concise and directly relevant to the demands of the digital workforce.
During the five days leading up to the hackathon, teams received coaching and coaching to develop a startup mindset focused on rapid ideation and prototyping. Our in-house experts and consultants covered topics such as UX design, teamwork, and no-code training. In addition to issues in the insurance sector, the workshop also covered business aspects such as IP awareness and business modeling.
