Now let’s shift focus to my best bet for the 2024 Bahrain Championship.
Sebastian Soderbergh Top 10: +320
The 33-year-old Swede has three top-9 finishes in the past six tournaments he has played on the DP World Tour, including ninth place at the 2024 Ras Al Khaimah Championship last week.
Soderbergh had a quality result at last week’s event, so I decided to take a closer look at the player stats for the four-day tournament to see how Soderbergh fared against the field. .
After four rounds of golf at the 2024 Ras Al Khaimah Championship, Soderbergh ranks seventh in strokes gained approach (1.76) and strokes gained from tee to green (2.36) compared to the field. Ranked 7th and 4th in bogey avoidance (1.25).
Nacho Elvira Top 20: +360
Since early October, Nacho Elvira has played in nine tournaments on the DP World Tour. Elvira has racked up four top-28 finishes in his nine events listed above, including his 16th place at his championship in Ras Al Khaimah in 2024.
Joshua Grenville-Wood Top 20: +450
Joshua Grenville-Wood has two top-12 finishes in his last three tournaments (DP World Tour and Asian Tour combined), including a 12th place finish at the 2023 Saudi Open in December.
In my opinion, the numbers here (+450) have great value. Grenville Wood would definitely be on my betting card.
