Former Journal Advocate staffer Bud Wells has published his latest book, “2,600 Cars and Dog Sleds.”
Mr. Wells was a newspaper reporter for 67 years with both the Rocky Mountain News and the Denver Post and is well known among Colorado car enthusiasts.
Exploring the roads less traveled and the highways that wind through the majestic Rocky Mountains and beyond, 2,600 Cars and Dog Sleds is more than just a book, it’s Wells’ journey.
Getting to know her husband is like getting to know his love of cars, according to Jan Wells, who encouraged readers to explore his new book at www.BudWellsBooks.com.
“Bud remembers every car he’s ever driven,” Jean Wells said. “This book beautifully reflects Bud’s years of experience in the Colorado newspaper industry and his love of cars. Packed with Bud’s dynamic driving experiences, industry anecdotes, and featuring prominent Coloradans, I’m sure he’ll like it because it gives Bud a detailed explanation of his car.”
