Broadrange Logistics has signed a long-term lease for 1,240,013 square feet of industrial logistics space in the Hamburg Commerce Center at 29 Ludwig Court. Jason Grace of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction on behalf of BRL with landlord The Keith Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A 3,150-square-foot investment property at 17 W. High St., which previously housed a Santander Bank branch, was sold to Vito and Suzanne Iannuzzi. Going back even further, the building was originally known as the Carlisle Building & Loan Association until 1987. Pamela E. Fisher of NAI CIR represented the buyer in the transaction and plans to put the property up for lease.
East Pennsboro Township
717 Pickleball LLC leased 29,042 square feet of retail space at 399 East Penn Drive from The Giant Company. Justin Willits, Brad Rohrbaugh and Chad Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.
Hamden Township
The 32,069-square-foot warehouse space at 270 Old Silver Spring Road is leased to Lansil Global, doing business as LG Express Inc., a third-party fulfillment center specializing in handling a variety of e-commerce products, including apparel. It has been. , cosmetics, jewelry, electronics, etc. Prior to the establishment of this location, Lansil Global had only one location in the United States, located in Henderson, Nevada. The new location marks the company’s expansion to the East Coast. Jack Shepley and Aaron Albright of NAI CIR represented the tenant in this transaction.
Endurance Real Estate Group and its Long Wharf affiliates have acquired a 264,120-square-foot mixed-tenant industrial building on 19.9 acres of land at 350 Old Silver Spring Road. The property is fully leased to four tenants. The JLL team of John Prower, Ryan Cotton and Zach Maguire represented the seller.
Lower Allen Township
AVI Foodsystems, an Ohio-based food and beverage vending company, has leased 20,160 square feet of industrial space at 2450 Gettysburg Road. This facility will serve the company’s customers throughout the Northeast Corridor. Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark represented the landlord. Mike Curran, also of Landmark, represented the tenant.
Specter Gettysburg LLC recently purchased a 43,920-square-foot industrial building located at 2310 Gettysburg Road. The buyer plans to renovate the building and rent it out. Jason Grace negotiated the deal with Landmark.
White Stone Solutions leased 1,930 square feet of office space at 4940 Ritter Road in the Rossmoyne Business Center from High Property Group. Justin Shoemaker of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Annette Cassel Means of High Real Estate represented the landlord.

Suds-N-Kisses, a pet grooming salon business, leased 1,500 square feet of space at 6500 Carlisle Pike. Justin Shoemaker of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the homeowner in the transaction.
South Middleton Township
SCG Spa has moved to a new space at 13 Brookwood Avenue, Suite 3. The spa offers a number of services including injections, facials, massage therapy, eyelashes, eyebrows, hair removal, and permanent makeup. The company leased his 2,750 square feet of space. Youth Sports Photo Inc. leased 3,060 square feet of office space at 205 Second Street in Highspire. Youth Sports Photo Inc. real estate holding company will relocate its operations from its current location at 535 Constitution Drive in Lower Swatara Township. Lower Paxton Township
Wisa Investment & Property Management has purchased a 2,432-square-foot office building at 4824 Londonderry Road. Howard Hanna’s Kingsley Jatto represented the buyer. Thomas Posavec of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller.
Susquehanna Township
The property at 55 S. Progress Ave. has been sold. The 7,560-square-foot fully occupied property is comprised of two of his long-term tenants: O’lee de Lux Salon Professionals and KD’s Preferred Home Care Agency. NAI CIR Nik Sgagias and Amber Corbo handled the transaction.
