Chris Fry, who is selling the property on behalf of his sister, said the home had been updated and renovated before the purchase, including a central garden and new kitchen, making it an ideal light-filled space. Ta.
“Terrace houses can be very dark, but this house is really open and the central garden is all glass, flooding the house with light. It’s really impressive from the moment you walk in,” said Fry. say.
“Linnie never stayed in one place for long. She lived all over the world and lived in England for quite some time. And she was a very active person, so it was a great idea for her to settle here. I really liked that.
“She had a lot of friends and loved sharing it with others.
“We had so much fun in that house and she really loved it.
“She used to have parties here with 20 or 30 people, but don’t worry.
“She loved experimenting with bright colors and putting up her own art. All of that has since been toned down, but it was just her space.”
The home has two floors, approximately 195 square meters of indoor and outdoor living space, and three bedrooms.
Two of the rooms are on the upper floors and one opens out onto a balcony.

“Linnie loved it here and was always happy here,” he says.
