JLL has added Chris Higbie as vice president of healthcare and life sciences in its Dallas office.

The company said in a news release that this is a critical role within the department. Higbie helps JLL clients attract and retain the “perfect tenant mix” for their properties.
Ethan Garner, head of JLL’s Southcentral Healthcare and Life Sciences, said the new vice president brings “an impressive track record in healthcare real estate investment sales, corporate sales and consulting.”
Garner said his experience and expertise will further strengthen JLL’s “industry-leading healthcare platform.”
Higbie joins JLL from Colliers. JLL said the new vice president has four years of experience in healthcare real estate investment sales and has closed $65 million in transactions, primarily in Texas. Prior to that, he spent eight years in corporate sales.His Higbie takes a consultative approach to real estate consulting by developing customized solutions for each client.
Higbee said in a statement that JLL’s reach and resources represent an “incredible opportunity.”
Garner’s “vision for the team and growth of the platform, as well as the warm and welcoming culture of the people at JLL,” made JLL “already like family,” he said.
Higbee earned a degree in business administration from the University of Dayton.
JLL is a Fortune 500 company providing real estate services in more than 80 countries. The company reported annual revenue of $20.9 billion last year.
