What are the biggest trends you’ve seen among real estate clients recently and how does that impact your practice? Office real estate slumped, while multifamily housing (at least until this year) and industrial real estate rose. Significant investments are being made in areas that were considered “secondary” cities. This is good for my practice because all of this involves clients.
Why did you choose real estate as the focus of your law practice? Going into law school, I knew that I was only interested in commercial real estate. For me, it’s a tangible practice where I can physically see what I’ve been working on.
