Deven Cason, vice president of economic development for Partnership Gwinnett, said the project will be critical to economic development throughout the state.
“It is an honor to see a project with such a rich history and impactful future come to fruition,” Cason said.
Almost half of the Loewen Foundation’s more than two miles of environmentally friendly roads for the knowledge community have been paved. Bioretention ponds, curb and gutter installation, and stormwater drainage are also being installed, Loewen said.
