After 10 years at the helm of the Luxembourg Automobile Club, The Board of Directors, chaired by Eve Wagner, has appointed Miriam Eisenmenger as ACL’s new CEO, effective April 1.
“The mobility sector is in a state of flux, and with the addition of Miriam Eisenmenger, we are entering a new chapter at ACL,” Wagner said in a press release announcing the transition. “We look forward to her bringing a breath of fresh air.” To secure ACL’s long-term future as a club and as a brand, essential dynamism is essential and Eisenmenger in the mobility and automotive sector. We are confident that his expertise and commitment will help us successfully meet current and future challenges. “I look forward to working with her and her staff to build a bright future for ACL as we continue to provide high quality service,” Wagner said.
Juhem, who joined ACL in 2014, has decided to retire by mutual agreement with the board of directors. Between now and the end of the year, he will also step down from his positions as head of a number of organizations, including vehicle inspection agency SNCT and driver training center CFC.
“It’s time to start a new chapter for me,” Juchem said. “It is with a certain sense of pride that I pass the torch to our new CEO. I am especially pleased that the leadership has been entrusted to a talented and dynamic woman. Over the coming months, I will continue to provide support and maneuver. We are committed to sharing important files and accumulated know-how with her and ensuring a smooth transition as we continue to strengthen our mission of sexuality.”
Eisenmenger, 46, is a well-known figure in Luxembourg, with more than 20 years of experience working in the country’s automotive sector. She previously held the positions of public relations officer and head of marketing and communications at car dealership group Roche Luxembourg.
“I accept this new challenge with great enthusiasm,” Eisenmenger said. “Mobility is one of the most important issues of the future and we want to lead the club into a bright future. The value of ACL membership clearly has to go beyond owning a car. ACL is a mobility club that puts people and all their mobility needs at the center of our concern.”
