In 2021, Ambani acquired Stoke Park Country Club in Buckinghamshire, England. The club is a 900-year-old, 300-acre property with 49 bedrooms, a 27-hole golf course, 13 tennis courts, and 14 acres of private gardens.
The property, which previously featured in a James Bond movie, was purchased for 57 million pounds (approx. 592 million rupees).

Expanding his real estate portfolio, Ambani acquired the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Manhattan, New York for a staggering sum of $98.15 million (approximately Rs. 813 million). Located in the Deutsche Bank Center in Columbus Circle, this hotel is known for its five-star luxury and features 248 spacious guest rooms, a 14,500 square foot spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.
Beachside Villa on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai:
Mr Ambani invested around $80 million (Rs 640 million) in a 3,000 square foot mansion in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah for his son Anant Ambani. This beachside villa has 10 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a private spa, and exclusive access to a 70-meter-long private beach.
Luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah worth 1.35 billion rupees:
Breaking records in real estate investments, Ambani bought another luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah for $163 million (approximately Rs. 1,350 crore). The property, purchased from the family of Kuwaiti businessman Mohammed Alshaya, is located near a previously purchased bungalow and cements Ambani’s presence in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
