Capstone Commercial, a newly formed Hershey-based commercial real estate company, closed on more than 175,000 square feet of commercial space in a recent transaction.
Capstone’s services include commercial and industrial sales and leasing, corporate representation, development land sales, and multifamily sales.
Lead advisors Naomi Brown, Ida McMurray and Matthew Huber completed a number of transactions in November. Mr. Brown is the company’s broker of record.
Things to note are:
· Lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space on South 26th Street in Harrisburg.
· 4,182 square feet of retail property leased on Derry Street in Harrisburg. DS Commercial Properties is the lender. Express Pharmacy is the lessee.
· In partnership with Keller Williams Commercial Inland Empire, a lease of 77,545 square feet of industrial land in Middletown’s Turnpike Industrial Park was renewed.
· Leasing 1,500 square feet of commercial space at 301 E. Liberty St. in Lancaster.
· 3,296 square foot restaurant property sold with liquor license in Middletown. It previously operated as Carrara Grill.
· Partnered with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty to lease 7,500 square feet of retail space on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. Carlpike Associates is the lender. MSLAZL Ventures Inc. is the lessee.
· A 12.3-acre parcel of land sold for the Esis family in Silver Spring Township.
· Lease of 5,500 square feet of industrial space at 301 E. Liberty St. in Lancaster.
Capstone combines more than 60 years of experience with a strong belief in ethics over profits, according to the release. The new company is putting the finishing touches on a renovated office space in a former lease factory building in downtown Hershey.
