Early this morning, the boys Bet on the edge Let’s take a look at the league’s big winners and long-term losers for Week 11.
baltimore ravens
“The Ravens lost Mark Andrews for the season after their win over the Bengals, so there were a few books floating around,” Jay Croucher (@croucherJD) said. “That was a mistake. They shouldn’t have drifted because you would have traded, I think it was Mark Andrews who got us that win…coupled with Burrow’s injury, coming out of there It’s tough, but, I mean, they basically liked going a little bit over the top – 220. After one game, that was huge.”
While the public seems to be rallying behind Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, Drew Dincik (@whale_capper) is still not convinced.
“Big questions still remain about the Ravens. They have some very high-profile matchups, so I’m sure we’ll be revisiting them in the coming weeks, but they won I think it was the biggest winner of the week and it wasn’t that close.”
Brock Purdy
Croucher recently reignited Purdy’s MVP debate, citing the San Francisco QB’s campaign.
“Purdy is outperforming everyone in the league right now on basically every important statistical metric as a quarterback, which puts him in the MVP discussion beyond my selfish position in the market to acquire Purdy.” But, I mean, if you lead the entire team in EPA par play, QBR passer rating, you’re the best team in football, even if your record doesn’t reflect that right now. You have to be on that team, as there’s a chance there’s an MVP mix.”

Myles Garrett
Croucher has been urging the public to award Garrett as Defensive Player of the Year, and he remains steadfast in that position.
“I feel like he’s going to win Defensive Player of the Year. At this point, they’ve had some really important wins. I know Parsons’ voice will be heard, but Garrett is going to win Defensive Player of the Year.” Regarding…the fact that that team is currently 7-3, starts three different quarterbacks, and has an easy-to-finish schedule, the playoffs seem very advanced but still not finalized. The fact that they haven’t been there is on the rise, but the Browns are trending toward that position.”

detroit lions
Dincik and Croucher discussed the Lions’ long-term prospects after the come-from-behind win over the Bears.
Suffice it to say, Dincik isn’t rushing to the window to bet on Detroit to win the Lombardi Trophy.
“I think the Lions are probably still a contender for a No. 1 or No. 2 seed just because their schedule is so weak. But yes, that defense is ‘feasible.’ If your quarterback is playing well that day, if your run blocking is good that day, you’re going to be successful against that defense. Are they serious Super Bowl contenders? And my answer is a straight no. Because its weaknesses have now been identified and are not being improved. That means there will be a boat race in the playoffs, but it’s only a matter of time. ”
There’s still some time left until the regular season, but as time goes on, certain futures markets are losing value. Stay ahead of the curve. Stay tuned for Bet the EDGE.
