1. Ravens (13-3, No. 1 last week): To rest or not to rest starters for Week 18? (It didn’t go well when I took a break four years ago.)
2. 49ers (12-4, No. 3): Whoever beats the 49ers in Santa Clara in January will get it.
3. Bills (10-6, 4th place): The third-best team in the league could still miss the playoffs.
4. Cowboys (11-5, 7th place): The path to the NFC Championship Game could be clearer than it has been in recent years.
5. Lions (11-5, No. 6): For a team that prides itself on biting kneecaps, the Lions got too cute with the No. 2 seed at stake.
6. Browns (11-5, No. 8): Fate may finally smile on the Browns.
7. Eagles (11-5, 5th): The sooner they realize it’s not 2022, the better they’ll be.
8. Dolphins (11-5, No. 2): It was fun while it lasted.
9. Rams (9-7, No. 9): Sean McVay deserves consideration for Coach of the Year.
10. Chiefs (10-6, 10th): Their playoff experience will come in handy.
11. Texans (9-7, 13th): They got CJ Stroud back when they needed him the most.
12. Jaguars (9-7, 15th): They need Trevor Lawrence back this weekend.
13. Colts (9-7, 16th): It’s amazing they made it this far.
14. Steelers (9-7, 17th): Kenny Pickett was benched sparingly.
15. Packers (8-8, 19th): So far, so good for Jordan Love.
16. Seahawks (8-8, 12th): Seattle vs. Dallas would be a great wild card game.
17. Saints (8 wins, 8 losses, 24th place): The Saints continue to do well enough to miss the playoffs.
18. Buccaneers (8-8, 11th): They picked a bad time to lose their mojo.
19. Broncos (8-8, No. 18): Let’s ride. . . It’s just outside of town.
20. Bengals (8-8, 14th): Jake Browning wasn’t Joe Burrow after all.
21. Bears (7-9, 22nd): Keep Justin Fields. Trade the top pick. Add more pieces.
22. Falcons (7-9, 20th): What will Arthur Blank do after the season?
23. Raiders (7-9, 21st): Russell Wilson will look good in silver and black.
24. Vikings (7-9, 23rd): Kirk should have kept his shirt on in prime time.
25. Jets (6-10, 25th): They get a chance to spoil what could be Bill Belichick’s last game in New England.
26. Cardinals (4-12, 30th): They could be next year’s championship favorite.
27. Patriots (4-12, 26th): They have a long way to go to compete again.
28. Titans (5-11, 27th): Will Mike Vrabel demand a ticket to Foxboro?
29. Giants (5 wins, 11 losses, 28th place): The Giants had a lot of good games, but they also had a lot of boring games. I’m not very good at it at the moment, but it’s fun.
30. Chargers (5-11, No. 29): Start watching Jim Harbaugh.
31. Commander (4-12, No. 31): The clock is ticking towards a tectonic shift.
32. Panthers (2-14, 32nd): Did Panthers fans do anything to deserve David Tepper?
