The Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of Ritchie Real Estate’s new Pineville branch located at 3919 Highway 28 East. We also held a ribbon cutting for Cumericano Coffee, located next door.
“This is the location of Ritchie Real Estate’s second branch,” said Matt Ritchie, owner of an Alexandria real estate brokerage. “We’re excited to see Ritchie Real Estate’s Pineville office. This will be our 20th store.”th This is our first year in business in Central Louisiana. ”
The office will be staffed by Jennifer Byrd, who also lives closer to the Pineville store than the Alexandria store, so it makes sense for her to have an office here, Ritchie said.
“Jennifer Byrd, who has been with us for four years, is the number one agent on the market. She continues to break records and do a phenomenal job helping people and families move, buy and sell, and this is why That’s the result,” Ritchie said.
To celebrate the opening of his new office and Cumericano Coffee, Bird invited high school students from local schools for two reasons. The first was so she could invite a Louisiana Tech recruiter and her friend Sam Speed to talk about her school. She and her husband Warren Bird are both graduates of Los Angeles Polytechnic Institute, and the school was a big part of their journey.
“I always try to spread the love for Los Angeles Polytechnic Institute,” said Bird, who majored in business.
The second reason is that students want to see entrepreneurship at work, and that business owners like Kristen and Bebe Liang, owners of Kumerican Coffee, do business just to provide a cup of coffee. I wanted to make sure they understood the big risks they were taking.
Crimericano Coffee, owned by Kristen and Bebe Lien, has been open since June and recently expanded its store to include a seating area, study and playroom.
The Leangs started Khmericano Coffee as a coffee truck converted from a horse trailer before realizing their dream of opening a brick-and-mortar store.
“They are the most amazing people you will ever meet. They are so passionate about life, God, and serving others, and they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving others, that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving others, that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving others, that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving others, that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving others, that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they are so passionate about life, about God, and about serving other people that they have so much joy in just drinking a cup of coffee. We want to give spirit,” said customer and friend Carlina Rica. “And every time you come in, you can’t see them without a beautiful smile. And they go out of their way just to make you feel welcome. I’m not just there for business; I keep coming back because I love them as a couple.”
Dupree told them the transition from a food truck to a permanent store was a big accomplishment.
“Another success story is on the horizon at Jim Deguise. He started out as a food truck in a military vehicle modified for the purpose, but demand grew so big that he moved to a brick-and-mortar store. It’s no different here. So we’re thrilled that two highly successful food truck entrepreneurs can now call Pineville home,” Dupree said.
“I just want to tell you that we’ve been coming to Pineville a lot lately and it’s been great. There’s a lot going on. And we continue to do ribbon cuttings on this side of the river. “I think it’s going to continue,” said Chamber of Commerce President Deborah Randolph.
