Abu Dhabi: President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Wednesday visited His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain at his official residence in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed and King Hamad held friendly talks, reflecting the strong ties between the UAE and the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people.
The meeting considered ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation across various sectors, with the aim of advancing the development goals of both countries and meeting the aspirations of their peoples for continued progress and prosperity.
In addition to reviewing the relationship between the UAE and Bahrain, Their Royal Highnesses and Their Majesties emphasized the importance of further strengthening cooperation across the Gulf region for the mutual benefit of GCC member states and to help realize the aspirations of their peoples. was also reconfirmed.
Both sides discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and the importance of pursuing all efforts to achieve an inclusive and just peace process that promotes stability, development and prosperity for peoples across the region.
