WTW, a global advisory, brokerage and solutions company, has appointed Tyson Stephenson as managing director of real estate sales management in its corporate risk and broking (CRB) business in North America.
Mr. Stevenson will be based in San Francisco and will report to James Martucelli, who leads the company’s real estate, hospitality and leisure industries.
Mr. Stevenson will be responsible for new business generation and will be a key driver in significantly growing the real estate portfolio from 2024 onwards. He will also serve as a key liaison between the industry division and the company’s discretionary reinsurance division.
Additionally, you will spearhead industry vertical efforts to drive innovative sales strategies, foster collaborative partnerships, and grow CRB North America’s presence.

With an extensive 20-year career in the insurance industry, Stevenson has deep and proven experience and industry knowledge to guide clients through managing and optimizing their risk profiles.
Prior to that, he was a partner at McGill and has held leadership positions at organizations including NFP, USI Insurance Services, JLT Specialty USA, and Aon.
