This report covers payer-driven challenges, patient engagement, new care delivery models, workforce issues, business intelligence (BI) solutions, artificial intelligence clinical decision support tools, precision medicine, research and clinical trials, and more.

This report aims to improve morale and resilience, address employee burnout, implement BI tools and technology to streamline clinical workflows and improve business and financial operations, increase patient diversity in clinical trials, and improve patient diversity in clinical trials.
