Al Salam Bank partnered with Bahrain University of Technology to host an “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bootcamp” for final year students and graduates.
The two-day event will provide students with the opportunity to showcase their skills, creativity and innovation in designing business branding campaigns using AI.
Participants will present their campaigns on Saturday (October 14) to a panel of judges comprised of members of Al Salam Bank, including Mahmoud Khannati, Head of Marketing Communications and Head of ESG; , Muna Al Balushi, Head of Human Resources and Administration, and Mohammed Al, Head of Innovation. Mr. Shehabi, AVP for Marketing and Communications, is Mr. Ahmed bin Jamal.
The 10 winners will receive a cash prize of BD100 and the top 5 participants will be hired by the bank’s marketing and communications department.

AI Bootcamp participation guidelines include: experience with AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo) to create text, image, and video content, demonstrated creativity and innovation, and branding and marketing. It includes being passionate about. , and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
