Marvin James, a new fashion brand focused on adaptability and inclusivity, launched in Bahrain last night with an event held at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort and Spa. Several Bahraini fashion designers and other fashion enthusiasts were in attendance.
The brand’s founder, Marvin James, believes that dressing should be simple and that clothes should fit the wearer, not the wearer matching the clothes. Linear Clothing’s Resort Cruise collection features 30 of his designs suitable for both men and women and a wide range of body types.

Because the pattern is built into the sizing, there is no need to cut separate designs for men and women, Marvin Jayme told the Daily Tribune. The materials used in the collection are soft and breathable, making them suitable for the hot climate of Bahrain and the GCC region. More than 50% of his fabrics are sourced from local textile weavers to support Bahraini dyeing techniques.

Linear Clothing will initially be sold online, but may open several more stores in the future. In addition to focusing on adaptability and inclusivity, Marvin James is also committed to sustainability. Marvin James is an exciting new addition to the fashion scene and is looking forward to dressing up our fashion conscious residents.
