Christopher Andrew Sensenig, 13, of Winfield went home to be with Jesus at Geisinger Medical Center, Shamokin, on Monday, October 16, 2023, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
He is the son of Joshua Sensenig of Lebanon and Anna (Gambino) and Michael Hellman of Winfield.
Christopher was an 8th grade student at Selinsgrove Middle School. He was passionate and kind. joke teller. The one who digs the grand hole. Creator and artist. Designer and builder. Smart and considerate. A gentle, kind heart. His love and tears are generous. Smart and resourceful. He loved superheroes, video games, and Stranger Things. He was a great artist and had a great eye for photography. He survived the bullying and kept his kindness. He was his sister’s champion and best friend. He was a playmate and a great older brother to his younger brothers. His cousins thought he was the coolest. He was truly the best boy.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Haley Sensenig and Samantha Sensenig; She is survived by two brothers, Caleb Hellman and Lucas Hellman; her sister-in-law, Imogen Heimbach-Hermann; her paternal grandparents, Paul and Eunice Sensenig of Richland; her maternal grandmother, Barbara Guthrie of Myerstown; her step-grandparents, Bill and Robin Hellman of Winfield; aunts and uncles, Lisa and Galen Gingerich, Tanya Sensenig, Salvatore T. Gambino, Megan Hellman, and Chris Habeger; great-uncle, Joseph Gambino, Anthony Gambino, and Stephen Gambino; cousins, Charlotte Gingerich, Sofia Gingerich, Natalia Ingleman, Scout Habeger, and GG Habeger;
He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Salvatore Gambino. his maternal great-grandmother, Anna Ferrari (his beloved Nonna);

Family and friends will be welcomed on Thursday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to noon at Buffalo Community Church, 4445 Hoffa Mill Road, Lewisburg. The funeral service will be held at noon with the Rev. Michael Clancy and the Rev. Butch Woolsey officiating.
