Canadian rapper Drake cheered up the hearts of his heartbroken fans during his ‘It’s All A Blur’ tour. The 36-year-old rapper was performing at Miami’s Caseya Center when he noticed a sign a fan was holding. In the end, he decided to shower him with a large amount of money.
It all started when Drake addressed the audience during a concert. That’s when he noticed a fan holding a placard that read, “I spent all my savings to buy tickets for me and my girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend, and to be honest, it’s her loss.” According to The Independent, the text on the sign cleverly references two of Drake’s album titles.
Afterward, the rapper stated that he “loved that sign” and said that night it was a “good sign to pick.” “I like that sign. That’s a good sign to choose tonight. Usually I do something nice for the ladies. I’ll do something nice, I’ll give them a bag or something like that.” said Drake, the outlet reported.
He also expressed his apologies to those who went to the concert. “So she’s not coming with you tonight? She’s not coming with you tonight – to the Drake show? What’s wrong with her? She’s here cold in a gold chain and sunglasses Is that all?” The outlet further quoted the rapper as saying.
So Drake decides to make the man feel better by giving him a $50,000 gift. “You know what? She’s gonna think you’re really crazy ’cause I’m gonna give you 50 bands, so be flexible with her tonight,” Drake added. “That’s what you do tonight, big dog! Tonight is your night!” he told the man, according to People magazine.
