Last week’s game between the Eagles and the Jets didn’t go the way we, or the Eagles, expected. This season has been a bit unpredictable for Nick Sirianni and his guys from an offensive standpoint. But let’s see if the Birds can find some value on the national stage when they take on the red-hot Dolphins on Sunday night.

Eagles vs. Dolphins, Sunday 8:15 p.m.
Point spread/ML: Eagles -3/-150 Dolphins +3/+125
Total points: 51.5
Analysis: The Eagles have a customary three-point win at home, but given their problems in the secondary, it’s hard to see them as favorites or even on par with Miami. The Dolphins are 5-1 ATS this season, averaging 37 points per game.
Pick: Dolphins +3, OVER 51.5 points
Pass the props (O/U)
- Jalen Hurts – 245.5 passing yards, 1.5 passing TDs, 22.5 completions
- Tua Tagovailoa – 275.5 yards passing, 1.5 passing TDs, 22.5 completions
Analysis: Hurts has gained 245 yards and 22 completions in each of the last four games. There’s no reason not to ride that wave. Tua has pitched at least 21 complete games in every game this season and probably would have had more success, but the Dolphins have won the last three games by 50, 15 and 21 points. Therefore, he was not able to throw much in the 4th quarter.
Pick: 245.5+ yards of damage, 22.5+ yards of completion.Tagovailoa OVER 22.5 completed
Rush prop (O/U)
- D’Andre Swift – 65.5 yards, 15.5 attempts
- Raheem Mostert – 50.5 yards
- Jalen Hurts – 45.5 yards
Analysis: Miami will be without running back Devon Ashen (knee soreness) for at least three more weeks, but without him Mostert ran for 115 yards and two scores against Carolina. In my opinion, the Eagles want to limit Miami’s possessions in this game, and that means a steady dose of Swift. If your sportsbook has a carry prop, hammer OVER as well. Hearts have scored over 45.5 in their last two games.
Pick: Mostert OVER, Swift OVER
Receiving props (O/U)
- Tyreek Hill – 95.5 yards, 6.5 receptions.
- AJ Brown – 80.5 yards, 5.5 receptions
- Jaylen Waddle – 60.5 yards, 4.5 receptions
- D’Andre Swift – 20.5 yards
Analysis: Brown. that’s all. yard. reception. He is averaging 8/141 in his last four games. Swift has led the league the last three times and had eight catches last week. Hill is making a case for league MVP so far this season, but the Eagles’ secondary is currently holding the team together with chewing guns and wire fences. Waddle might be worth playing at reception.
Recommended: Brown OVER Yards and Reception. Hill over yard and reception.waddle over reception
Touchdown anytime:
- Raheem Mostert -155
- Jalen Hurts -145
- D’Andre Swift -125
- Tyreek Hill -125
- AJ Brown +105
- Jaylen Waddle +140
- Jeff Wilson +185
- Salvon Ahmed +185
- Dallas Goedert +190
- DeVonta Smith +200
Analysis: Mostert has already scored 11 TDs through six games, which looks like a steal. Hill has only missed the end zone once this season. Hurts will take Brown, and I see Hurts leaning on Brown this week.
Candidates: Mostert, Hill, Hurts, Brown
