WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Kennywood’s Phantom Fall Fest has crept out of the shadows for weekend fun this fall.
This season’s Phantom Fall Fest brings more scares, more effects, and more scares to the extreme as Kennywood continues its 125th celebratory season. Phantom Fall Fest includes a total of 6 spooky haunts, 4 sinister scare zones, and 13 terrifying rides in the dark.
A twisted ghost inspired by the classic story of Alice in Wonderland is making an appearance this Halloween season. A new hangout known as “mAlice in Wonderland Unleashed” invites unsuspecting visitors into a labyrinth of dark and twisted memories from the days of Alice in Wonderland. Through the mirror, they come face-to-face with familiar characters transformed by a kaleidoscope of broken memories and malice. This season’s journey is darker, scarier, and nearly twice as long.

Phantom Fall Fest kicks off with family-friendly activities during the day, and at 6 p.m., the horror begins in earnest with a hair-raising thrill set to make every guest’s screaming dreams come true. All of these activities are included free with park admission.
Additionally, new for 2023, Halloween lovers can enjoy a RIP experience. This unique offering includes a park tour, behind-the-scenes visits to the Phantom Fall Fest Makeup Room and Voodoo Bayou Haunt, a premium speedy pass, and more.
Phantom Fall Fest features bold and delicious cuisine, including the park’s all-new open body buffet located at the End Zone Cafe. The buffet includes meats such as flame-roasted chicken wings, whiskey-battered ribs, and turkey legs. Autumn staples like apple tarts, pumpkin cheesecake, and mulled cider are available for purchase throughout the park. Additionally, unique boozy drinks will return for guests 21 and older, including Witches Brew Margaritas, rum cider, distilled gelatin syringes, and boozy “blood” bags.
Everyone can play during daytime hours every Saturday and Sunday until October 29th. Families looking to get into the fall spirit during the day can enjoy the all-new Kenny’s Trick-or-Treat Scavenger Hunt, which is included with park admission. – A wide range of scavenger hunts offer a fun way for kids ages 10 and under to enjoy the Halloween season at the park.
In addition, Kennywood’s collection of 30 world-class thrill rides will be in operation during Phantom Fall Fest, including the all-new Spinvasion, the first multi-action spin ride in the United States.
In the evening, Phantom Fall Fest will be held every Friday from 6pm to 11pm until October 29th, Saturday from noon to 11pm, and Sunday from noon to 10pm, and will be open to all who wish to enter.
