Fallon Sherlock and Mirai Suzuki have qualified for the 2023/24 World Darts Championship from the PDC Women’s Series.
The duo maintains an unshakeable lead in the women’s series rankings, securing two available spots in the sport’s biggest event.

Suzuki entered the final weekend of the women’s series in second place behind Beau Greaves, with £13,300 in prize money from the opening 20 races of the year.
The ‘Queen of the Palace’ finished third on £11,100, boasting a £3,300 buffer over Rhianne O’Sullivan after fourth-placed Lisa Ashton withdrew from events 21-24.
Sherlock’s win in Event 21 was coupled with O’Sullivan’s early exit in Event 22, meaning the Milton Keynes star and Suzuki were unable to catch up with the chasing pack.
Suzuki previously played for Alexandra Palace in the 2019/20 tournament, losing 3-2 to James Richardson, while Milton Keynes pitcher Sherlock subsequently defeated Ted Ebbets and Mensur Suljovic in the same tournament. He won and left his mark on history.
Sherlock has competed in the last two World Championships and is due to return to Alexandra Palace in December, capping off a memorable year in which he completed a nine-darter on the Challenge Tour and was awarded an MBE.
Abi Davies believes what Sherlock has achieved for the sport is unparalleled
Sherlock’s third Women’s Series title in 2023 also closed the gap on Suzuki in the race to qualify for November’s Grand Slam of Darts – with the star eventually finishing second on the Women’s Series Order of Merit.
